My name is Sergey Zakhlevniy. I was born on the 10th of September, 1980. I was born in Kiev to an ordinary family: mother, father, sister and brother. And as it happens to all “normal” families – my parents divorced when I was still studying at school. I haven’t got full secondary education. I’ve been singing since my childhood. I always dreamt to become a real star and to sing on a big stage. When I was 15 I learnt how to play guitar? I began to write songs. When I was 16 or 17, I don’t remember exactly, my drummer and me founded a group “Point of view” that consisted of 4 people. We worked hard, we had an aim – we wanted to enter a big show-business. But we began using drugs and it destroyed everything. Then I was invited as a vocalist to sing in other groups, but it lasted not long too, because of drugs. I had been using drugs for 4 years and 4 years ago God who is so merciful brought me to the rehabilitation centre “Love” where I got deliverance in my soul, spirit and body. Since that time I’ve been serving Him and I will do this always. At first I served in the worship group of one church and now I’m the leader of the worship group in a cell church “The power of joy”. This year I recorded an album “Miracle” in a project “Deti Sveta” (Children of the light). I love Jesus and music. The circle of my friends is not big. That is my cell group and a few friends-musicians. I like being with God and writhing songs. I dream to become a professional singer and to sing for the whole world.
