Corr.: How did you become a Christian performer?
A.B.: I don't have a musical education. I did not study how to professionally sing and play, but I want to share with other people the kind of love that Jesus loves me and I love him. Jesus and I are together for ten years, and I have learnt to always trust him. Every day of my life I give all of my strength, all of my heart and all my plans into the hands of my Savior. Sometimes he calls me to sing in big halls for many people, but more often I sing for several people, and even more often - only for Jesus and myself.
Corr.: What does music mean to you?
A.B.: Every song for me is a part of life that I've lived with or without Jesus. But I believe that good songs -- that is songs that inspire to love, serve and fight, hope and believe -- are songs that I received in fellowship with my best Friend.
Corr.: How are your songs being born?
A.B.: Most often they are being born after I prayerfully study the Bible or when I pray. Sometimes a song is being born when I look at problems of my neighbours, and sometimes when I look at nature that God created. Sometimes I think about one subject constantly, and then a song may be born when I work or go... It often happens that when at this moment I have neither paper to write the song down nor guitar to memorize its melody, so all of these songs have to pass a "test for usefulness." If this song is really necessary, it will survive. Of course it is hard to keep in memory about 300 melodies, and it is hard to make a song sound as it should using only 4-6 accords. But I think that most important is not how one plays and sings a song -- it is the spirit that really matters. The Holy Spirit is either in the song, or he is not there.
Corr.: Could you share with us your dreams and plans for the future?
A.B.: Life flies by, and I am very afraid not to accomplish the most important thing. I want to be like my Friend Jesus. I want to love, serve, speak and sing as he did. I want to record many songs that I received from him. I want to use all possible means to lead those who don't know Gog personally to conversion and salvation.
I want that everyone who is in a difficult situation solves their problems. I wish all people in the world to be happy. I wish there are no the hungry and the poor. I wish there are no wars and natural disasters in the world... I want Jesus to come back soon.
Corr.: Tell us a bit more about yourself.
A.B.: I am 30 years old. There are wonderful people around me: my wife Nina, our sons Bogdan and Mark, my producer and musician Leon Canny, brothers and sisiters in spirit and blood and some 500 real friends, people who love Jesus and are waiting for him to come back soon. I am a really happy man.
