"We are trying to authentically reconstruct in sound the innermost fellowship between the Creator and the composer."
The vocal octet "Lege Artis" was created in December 1997. We consider the day when we first participated in the service of the New Life Church to be our birthday.
Before that day, we worked as a lay collective. Today we keep on participating in lay presentations, concerts, and festivals like "Kiev Music Fest'98" or "Premieres of the Season'98."
Our octet consists of professional musicians, graduates of Kiev Conservatory and Kiev Pedagogical University. Most of us are young soloists of the Choir of the National Broadcasting Company of Ukraine and the Choir "Dumka." We perform the world spiritual classics, contemporary music, jazz, and folk music.
